My name is Ashlee, and at the moment I am 24, but I am told that is liable to change annually.
I currently live and work in Jakarta (the capital city of Indonesia for the geographically challenged), but I am an Australian hailing from the wee little “regional city” of Albury on the NSW/Victoria border… but I was living in Sydney for more than five years before coming to Jakarta.
I work in the media… I call myself a journalist, but realistically that was more my old job and I work in the more production-y side of things here. Though I try and write and photograph things when I have the time.

Hi Ashlee, I found your blog through IndonesiaMatters blog rank. I usually go and visit the page once in a while and today I see a lot of new blogs listed, and one of them is yours. Love the pics and now I’m reading the posts. Funny that you’re an Oz in Jakarta, and I’m an Indo currently in Oz! Hope you’re having fun there.
