This post was more lovingly composed the first time around, but then when I hit "publish", it vanished.
I drive past Sydney Park on my way to work each day. It’s an odd kind of park, not much there. Lots of little hills with great views of the city. The most interesting and distinctive feature are the chimney stacks left over from a brick factory. The stacks are a visually interesting part of the local area… you can see them when you look down to the park from the "Paris end" of King St Newtown, and I have often pondered how they stick out while stuck in traffic on Sydney Park Road.
I took a few photos in the park the other day.
